All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before shipment.


4. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected frequency. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account portal prior to the next billing date.


5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Grounds Life is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.


6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of consumable products, coffee purchases are generally non-refundable unless damaged or defective. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, designs, branding, images, and text, is the property of Grounds Life and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

Grounds Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the consumable nature of coffee, all sales are final unless product arrives damaged or defective. If your order is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@groundslife.com  with photos and order details. We will review and provide replacement or refund at our discretion.


SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected delivery frequency. You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription before your next billing cycle through your account dashboard. Failure to cancel before billing will result in the order being processed and shipped.
